- 1 bag (1 lb) tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the casserole.
- Brown Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add Beans, Corn & Tomatoes: To the skillet with the browned beef, add the drained black beans, drained corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and taco seasoning. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Heat Mixture: Continue stirring and cooking the mixture over medium heat until everything is heated through and well incorporated.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the beef and vegetable mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
