Main Salad:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together the sour cream, whipped topping, and sugar (if using) until smooth.
  2. Add the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, cherries, and nuts if using.
