Crescent Roll Dough:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Topping:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Cinnamon Sugar: Combine 1/2 cup of sugar with cinnamon; set aside.
- Layer Crescent Dough: Press one can of crescent dough into the baking dish.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Layer and Bake: Spread filling over dough, top with second crescent dough, pour butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Cool, slice into bars, and chill for cleaner slices if desired.

- Bars can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
