Crescent Roll Dough:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Cinnamon Sugar: Combine 1/2 cup of sugar with cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Layer Crescent Dough: Press one can of crescent dough into the baking dish.
  4. Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  5. Layer and Bake: Spread filling over dough, top with second crescent dough, pour butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Cool and Serve: Cool, slice into bars, and chill for cleaner slices if desired.
