Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease 6 muffin tin cups or ramekins with nonstick spray or butter.
- Melt chocolate and butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Prepare batter: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt until thick. Stir in melted chocolate. Fold in flour.
- Prepare peanut butter filling: Mix peanut butter until smooth.
