- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup corn syrup (light or dark)
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- Mix Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in vinegar, vanilla extract, salt, and corn syrup. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
- Pour Filling: Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth the top.
- Bake: Bake for 45–50 minutes until the center is just set and slightly puffed.
