- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper cups.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter with 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Let cool.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add melted chocolate, then fold in flour until just combined. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Bake: Spoon batter into muffin tin, bake for 12–15 minutes until set. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
