  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

For Assembly:

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the Filling: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook ground chicken. Add garlic, ginger, pepper, coleslaw mix, and green onions. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let cool.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Spoon filling onto egg roll wrapper, fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
