- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly:
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the Filling: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook ground chicken. Add garlic, ginger, pepper, coleslaw mix, and green onions. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let cool.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Spoon filling onto egg roll wrapper, fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
- Fry the Egg Rolls: Heat oil, fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
