- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Garnish:

Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the gravy: In the same skillet, melt butter, add flour, whisk to form a roux. Slowly pour in chicken broth while whisking. Add milk/cream and cook until thickened.
- Combine and simmer: Return chicken to skillet, stir to coat with gravy. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
