Instructions
- Caramelize the Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for 25–30 minutes until caramelized. Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Prepare the Pasta: Cook pasta al dente, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
