Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add Broth and Tomatoes: Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer Soup: Add frozen vegetables and uncooked pasta, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally.
- Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
