Chicken Mixture:
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté green bell pepper and onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Cook Chicken: Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Assemble and Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Fill hoagie rolls with chicken mixture. Top with mozzarella and blue cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
