For the Buffalo Chicken Mixture:

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Topping:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For Garnish:
- Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the Buffalo Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth. Add garlic powder and black pepper. Mix in shredded chicken until coated.
- Bake: Spread the mixture in a greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Let cool slightly, then garnish with green onions if desired. Serve warm.
