- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
For the dressing:

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, cooked beets, mandarin oranges, feta cheese, walnuts, and red onion.
