Beef Tips:

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water
To Serve:
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Beef Tips: Heat oil in a skillet, brown beef on all sides, then set aside.
- Make Gravy: Sauté onion, add garlic, return beef to skillet with broth, sauces, and seasonings. Simmer until tender.
- Thicken Sauce: Stir in cornstarch slurry, simmer until thickened.
- Serve: Spoon beef tips and gravy over hot cooked rice. Garnish with parsley if desired.
