  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water

To Serve:

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. Make Gravy: Sauté onion, add garlic, return beef to skillet with broth, sauces, and seasonings. Simmer until tender.
