Instructions
- Cook the beef filling: In a skillet, brown the ground beef, then add onion, garlic, and spices. Stir in green chiles and cheese.
- Prepare the taquitos: Warm tortillas, fill each with beef mixture, and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Fry the taquitos: Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy on all sides.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with desired toppings.
Notes
