- Vegetable oil for frying

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken, buttermilk, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
