- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Nut Mixture: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted unsalted butter. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Fill Phyllo Shells: Spoon the nut mixture evenly into each of the mini phyllo shells, ensuring they are filled but not overstuffed. Arrange the filled shells on a baking sheet in a single layer for even baking.
- Bake the Bites: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the phyllo shells turn golden brown and the nuts are toasted and fragrant.
- Make the Honey Glaze: While the bites are baking, combine the honey, water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring gently, just until the mixture is warm and slightly thin in consistency. Be careful not to boil.
