Chicken Tenders:

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Egg Mixture:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare coatings: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
