Chicken Tenders:

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Egg Mixture:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Prepare coatings: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or olive oil spray. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
