Instructions

  1. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Blend Wet Ingredients: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  4. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds.
  5. Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough into the basket. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool and Enjoy: Allow the cookies to cool in the basket for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough.
